Cleardeal
Cleardeal is a title-review workspace for Alberta and British Columbia real estate lawyers. It pulls requests from the firm's inbox, runs vision-model OCR over the title and charge PDFs, and ties every extracted encumbrance to a confidence score and a quote you can click straight to its spot on the page. The lawyer verifies, then Cleardeal writes the firm's letter and sends it back as a reply on the original email thread.

Problems We Solve
- Title-review requests arrive in a crowded inbox and have to be triaged by hand
- Pulling encumbrances out of a title package by hand is slow, and trusting an AI to do it blind is worse
- Drafting the letter and sending it out are usually split across disconnected tools

Runs vision-model OCR over scanned, faxed, and multi-page PDFs, then sorts each encumbrance into permitted, dischargeable, or non-permitted with a confidence score and its reasoning.
Click-to-Source Verification
Every finding carries a verbatim quote and page number that resolve to a highlighted box on the PDF, so the lawyer checks each claim against the original instead of trusting the model.
Letters That Reply In-Thread
Generates a firm-branded DOCX review letter and sends it through Microsoft Graph as a reply on the original request email, not a disconnected new message.
Shared + Private Encumbrance Library
Builds a per-firm encumbrance database alongside a vetted Alberta and B.C. provincial library of pre-written descriptions, curated through an approval workflow.
