Cleardeal
Cleardeal is a title-review workspace for Alberta and British Columbia real estate lawyers. It pulls requests from the firm's inbox, runs vision-model OCR over the title and charge PDFs, and ties every extracted encumbrance to a confidence score and a quote you can click straight to its spot on the page. The lawyer verifies, then Cleardeal writes the firm's letter and sends it back as a reply on the original email thread.

Every finding carries a verbatim quote and page number that resolve to a highlighted box on the PDF, so the lawyer checks each claim against the original instead of trusting the model.
